Residential

Quoting:

You can contact us through the quote form, located here or by calling or texting 828-281-0062.

If you live in the Asheville area, we can come out in person and give you a quote. For this, all we do is call to inform you when we're on our way and walk around the exterior of your house when we get there to count the windows. Please let us know if you have special requests or would prefer to be home when we come by. Otherwise, we'll call you with a quote when we're done.

If you live 30 minutes outside of Asheville or if you want to get a rough idea of the cost  as quickly as a possible, we can give you a rough quote based on a window count and pictures of the house.

For clients who schedule according to a rough quote, we will confirm a price before cleaning to ensure that we are on the same page.

Elements that go into quotes:

  • Number of windows
  • Type of windows (refer to this website to better understand your windows)
  • Number, height, and difficulty of ladder placements
  • State of windows (paint on windows, extremely dirty, post construction debris present)

NOTE: If your windows have never been professionally cleaned there may be post construction debris on them such as silicone, sticker residue, paint, etc. Some times this is not noticeable until we begin to clean the windows. If construction debris is present it may effect the price and is something we will discuss before proceeding with the clean. The same issue may come up with hard water stains which require a special product and method to remove.

Scheduling:

If the quote is agreed upon we will set up a time for us to come out. Our normal start time is 9am, and if time/job size allows we can schedule cleans later in the day.

Upon scheduling, you will receive an emailed confirmation and text. A few days before the job, you will receive a reminder email. This ensures a clear line of communication.

Cancellations:

If the weather is forecasted to be below freezing, or if rain is forecasted for the entire day, we may reschedule for safety/quality purposes. In warmer months, we expect sporadic rain falls and do not reschedule for quick showers. If we need to reschedule a clean, we will contact you the day before or the morning of. We will reschedule to the next available spot. If you feel that it’d be best to reschedule due to weather, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make arrangements for our crews.

NOTE: We are very thankful for every customer we serve and want you to be 100% satisfied with our work. We also depend on clients honoring the time you are scheduled for. Last minute cancellations often mean our employees are without work for the day. For this reason, we have a $50 cancellation fee for any cancellation within 48 hours of our scheduled appointment. This of course does not relate to cancellations due to weather.

Guarantee:

We guarantee our work. If you are not happy or see some streaks, let us know within 2 days and we will remedy any mistakes as quickly as possible.

NOTE: We are not able to honor the guarantee after 48 hours from the time of our clean due to extenuating circumstances that may render your windows dirty, making us no longer responsible for the cleanup.


Commercial

Commercial window cleaning is cleaning for businesses and storefronts on a regular basis. By cleaning regularly, we can offer a lower cost per window. Most businesses prefer to hire us weekly, bi weekly, monthly, or quarterly. The quote process is the same as residential.


Post Construction

The last 10% of a project is the hardest to finish. This is true with the end of a new home construction. We can help with that by taking care of the window cleaning. Post construction windows are the hardest windows to clean. We have years and years of experience and will make sure that the windows are sparkling to bring your new house together.


Gutter Cleans

Gutter cleaning is a basic and necessary maintenance for just about every house. Having clogged gutters can lead to expensive damages. We recommend getting your gutters cleaned once or twice a year (depending on the amount of leaves that fall around your house). We remove the debris from the gutters and ensure that your gutters are properly channeling water away from your home.

Our gutter cleaning service does not include cleaning the fascia of the gutters or installing gutters/gutter guards.


Chandelier Cleaning & Fan Cleaning

Chandeliers and fans gather dust and dirt just like everything else and need routine cleanings. This can be difficult due to the height of the fan or chandelier and the intricacy of the chandelier. Leave it up to the professionals who have all the right tools and training to get these household accessories looking like new again.
