We’ve learned through the years that clear communication is best. Please read below and submit the agreement form at the end.

Cancellation Policies: 

  • If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice there will be a $50 cancellation fee. 

    (Please understand that we have set aside a time to provide you with our service. Last minute cancellations prevent our crews from having work. If you need to reschedule or cancel please give as much advance notice as possible so that we can find a replacement.)

  • If you decide to change your clean with less than 48 hours notice to a reduced job there may be an additional fee. (example, changing from an interior/exterior clean to an exterior only clean)

  • It is hard to predict the weather in the mountains. If the forecast calls for rain or is below freezing we may have to reschedule your appointment. We try our best to work around the weather but if we have to reschedule we will be in contact the day before or morning of the clean to let you know. Please understand we can't control the weather and will try to reschedule your job as soon as we can.

  • Unless discussed and confirmed with the office beforehand, we request that someone be home to let us in if needed and to review the work upon completion.

  • If a gate or door code is needed, please provide when scheduling.

    If special directions are needed to reach your home, please let the office know beforehand.

SErvice and Liability Policies

  • Please note that we are not liable for any damages that incur during the normal operation of any of the client’s property. For example, if a blind is damaged while pulling it up or a storm window breaks when opening it we are not held responsible. Please let the crew know if they need to be aware of any existing issues with the windows, blinds, or screens so that they can take extra caution to avoid any damages. 

  • If you are unhappy with the work please let us know within 48 hours. We will not attend callbacks after that period. 

  • If your windows have never been professionally cleaned there may be post construction debris on them such as silicone, sticker residue, paint, etc. Sometimes this is not noticeable until we begin to clean the windows. If construction debris is present it may affect the price and is something we will discuss before proceeding with the clean. The same issue may come up with hard water stains which require a special product and method to remove.

  • Please note that for many customers we have set an arrival window for your job. This means to expect the crew to arrive in that time period. It does not mean that the crew will arrive at the start of the window and be finished at the latter time. 

  • If we are completing an interior clean there will be cleaners coming in and out of the house throughout the job. If you have any pets that may be tempted to take advantage of an open door or window to go explore the neighborhood, we ask that you isolate the pet to a room and coordinate a plan with a team member for cleaning that room when the time comes. If you have pets that may be aggressive or skittish around strangers, we ask that you make sure to have them isolated from the team for the duration of the clean.

  • We are experts when it comes to window cleaning and gutter cleaning. We believe in staying focused on what we are great at. Here are some tasks that we leave up to other experts:

    Pressure washing or roof washing

    Cleaning exterior side of gutters

    Dusting

    Chandelier Cleaning

    Installing gutters or gutter guards

    Replacing or fixing windows, frames, or screens

    Painting or paint touch ups

    Pest removal

    Odd jobs around the house

    Partial Cleans
